Jack did a fantastic job. He clearly explained everything he did today and helped me understand the current state of my system. He is friendly and personable. Overall great service.

Quick response time. They had my unit up and running quickly. Just be ready to pay for it. The tech had to change my capacitor and did it first without discussing it with me and we were left with a high bill. Obviously it had to be changed if it was not working. Just would have been nice for the tech to discuss it with us before doing it.

Jack was awesome! He arrived on time, completed all maintenance, cleaned the unit really well and gave me some tips to help keep it free from lawn trimmings. He showed me pictures of everything upstairs and let me know some things that could be added to our system. I declined for now due to budget but will keep in mind for later down the road. Overall, it was a great experience.

Thomas Wease was an exceptional technician! He’s been out on more than one occasion for routine maintenance and to replace a few parts on both the outside unit and the attic unit. Thomas was very thorough and efficient in his work. He answered every question and concern I had and his customer service was top notch. I will definitely be asking for him to come back in the future.

Jack and John were great. On time, fast, and efficiently. Took time to explain things to me, but also shared a few jokes with each other. Even signed up for maintenance plan with them as well.

We just had jack Denton with dream team come out and do a check up on our unit. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he found and included pictures. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because my first appointment was a week ago and I had a no call no show. I had to call them the day after my appointment and get rescheduled a week out.

Highly recommend! I called 3 other places before and they all said they maybe could get me in the same day I called, but they either didn’t call or said they couldn’t come till Monday. The dream team came about an hour after I called and fixed our ac that wasn’t cooling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dream Team was amazing! From the ladies that took my call to our ac tech. Jared Courson! He came right out and was amazing! Very pleasant, well mannered and very knowledgeable. Most importantly my 2 year grandson loved him! Thank you so much Jared for getting our AC fixed and back running! We will definitely use and recommend the Dream Team!

Moved into my house in Gonzales, Louisiana and one of the AC units was not working. Got a next-day Sunday appointment which the technician resolved in about an hour. They gave me good technical information about the problem and explained my options going forward. Fast scheduling, good tech, good level of knowledge.

Dream Team came out super quickly and the technician gave us a diagnosis quickly as well. It was nice to be able to have someone look at it “after hours” when other AC places were closed. From the receptionist who initially helped us to the technician that came out, everyone was super nice and informative!

Needed some answers on service and pricing. Contacted the dispatcher (Ms Hannah). She was very helpful and let me speak to the manager (Trey). They both helped me and was able to provide assistance that gave me comfort. Felt as if they really cared about my needs. Even in the middle of a holiday losing air, it was fixed as soon as possible. Everyone with the company was friendly. Chris diagnosed the problem within 5 mins and Thomas fixed it once the part came in with ease. Got my house back cool for the summer. Grateful I chose this company and grateful for the 4 people that were helpful during my time in need. Will definitely be using Dream Team again because of the customer service. Highly recommend Dream Team any time of day, everyday.

Jack is very knowledgeable and polite. He did a fantastic job servicing my a/c. I loved that he had 2 pairs of shoes so he wouldn’t track mud/dirt in my house. Very considerate!

Above quality service. For starters they called me to let me know I may have been given some outdated information. They listened to my call from a week before. Right there they had my business. The fact that they review their calls for things like this is impressive. Jared came out and looked at everything. He took pictures of everything. He showed me said pictures and broke every single thing down. Top quality service, reliable, very good with communication and pricing.

Jack Denton is one of the friendliest tech. Around. No other tech took the time to pull the grill and fan off the outside unit to give the coils a good cleaning. I hope you treat him right and you keep some of the good techs around. Now as far as Sarah the office manager she has done nothing but give me the runaround dealing with the out of code electrical work that was done during my very expensive new unit install. If it were not for the service techs I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Dream Team never lets me down! A human always answers the phone, appointments are made quickly and they never disappoint. I have been using them for several years and haven't ever been disappointed with their service. Jack is the technician who came to my home this time.
