Dakota did our bi-annual checkup and was great. He was very thorough, polite and professional. Even during the coldest temperatures of the year, I could tell he took his time.

Hunter McMorris was AMAZING today! My AC was making a buzzing noise and he came out and fixed it so quickly! While he was working, he noticed that half of my system wasn’t running, so he made sure that he fixed that as well. He could’ve left and had me call to make another appointment to get that fixed (I’ve had other companies do that), but he stayed and made sure the whole thing was running! He also walked me through replacing my filter in my air conditioner as well. He was quick, professional, and so helpful with explaining what happened with my unit! He’s the best!

Jack and Dakota came to perform our Fall/Winter maintenance on our HVAC system today. They did both the inside and outside unit, cleaning everything. They were very professional and respectful. I’ve had great experiences with everyone from this company from sales to service personnel. Jack and Dakota came by for a check up today and both were courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. They took videos and photos of my system, outside and in the attic, to help explain points and answer questions. I was eager to give them a great review!

My technician Jack was very pleasant and professional. He arrived on time, and explained everything that he had to do.The outside was serviced and cleaned. After leaving outside he proceeded to the Attic and checked everything there. Jack checked all of my filters and explained to me about my A C unit. Im very pleased with The Dream Team.

Quick response time. They had my unit up and running quickly. Just be ready to pay for it. The tech had to change my capacitor and did it first without discussing it with me and we were left with a high bill. Obviously it had to be changed if it was not working. Just would have been nice for the tech to discuss it with us before doing it.

Jack was awesome! He arrived on time, completed all maintenance, cleaned the unit really well and gave me some tips to help keep it free from lawn trimmings. He showed me pictures of everything upstairs and let me know some things that could be added to our system. I declined for now due to budget but will keep in mind for later down the road. Overall, it was a great experience.
